How can I optimally prepare my feet for the Pedi foils?

Our feet carry us throughout our lives. Therefore, we should pay special attention to them and not neglect them.
In addition to regular foot baths, this also includes the gentle removal of calluses.
But please be careful with coarse callus planes or rasps!
This is generally not recommended, as there is always the risk that too much callus will be removed. This can result in the feet becoming very sensitive and, in the end, even more calluses forming as a protective mechanism for the skin.
So please always approach the “problem” of calluses carefully and use a fine file or a fine pumice stone regularly, without much pressure.
Toenails should be kept short, but not too short. A little nail white should be visible, but the nail should not protrude beyond the tip if possible. It is important to ensure that the nail is not cut round, but rather straight, so that the nails cannot grow into the sides.
As with our hands, we can push back the cuticles of the toenails a little before gluing and, if possible, not cut them.
To do something good for your feet, they enjoy a milk and oil bath just as much as our hands do.
A regular, gentle peeling, mixed in the palm of your hand, is also perfect care:
However, it is best to do this at least one day before re-gluing and wash your feet again so that the new strips stick well.

  • 1 tbsp good-smelling body lotion
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 tbsp baby oil

Not to forget: Daily use of a nail serum ensures that the nails do not become brittle and also supports healthy nail growth. Our Nourish & Care Pen is ideal for this ❤️
