Your order will be shipped with DHL. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number by email with which you can track your package. Depending on where you live, you also have several options for managing your shipment with DHL:
Desired neighbor: here you can select your favorite neighbor in advance to whom you will entrust your package.
Desired day: The package arrives on Thursday, but you already know that you won't be at home? Then simply choose a new desired day on which you will be safely at home.
Drop-off location: For the drop-off location, you can specify that the parcel carrier can leave your package at a location you specify without anyone having to accept the package.
Evening delivery: In some regions of Germany it is also possible to book an extra evening delivery (6 p.m. to 10 p.m.). However, you have to pay for this service with DHL.
